letter after payment

Has any one got a letter that they use when asking for payment by cheque, or on line as am trying to get custy to move over to it as can not be bothered to keep going back for money

just leave a note saying you no longer collect ( due to the high price of petrol/ diesel) please send me a cheque leave an enveolope and wait if they havnt paid by the next clean do it and add it to the bill but never do a 3rd clean without payment
