A couple of my customers have passed me a flyer which has been posted with a quote for doing there windows, one was for £2.50 and the second one was for half the price i'm doing them for, i would not be too concerned if it was a regular flyer but with him putting silly prices on i'm not happy, any advice please, what would you do?

nothing,  if you lose any custy then they arnt worth doing, it is prob some one starting out and thinks he can do 6 houses a hour , but in reallity he might do 2 - 3 so will end up sodding off in a few months when he realises that he isnt making money

Had the same thought. lol. 

Got a guy in one of the areas we work offering to do windows letterboxes security lights and also SWEEP AND DEWEED THE PATH !!! for the 15 euros that we charge. Not lost any custies though. Some WC's get desperate and do silly things after having a brainstorm. If it was a real threat to your round you would have lost work from it already. If that's not happening then don't worry about it.

 Explain to any customers who bring it up, that he`ll probably increase his prices once he has them on board.
  He`ll start charging more when he realises he can.
