1st: Only cleaned once and only wants every six months charged 50 for a 4 bed with con in out which when she first had it down was over 2 times as much as last guy.the lady was a female dog the first time i met her and today six months after first clean pull up on driveway and she comes out saying no i dont want them done again with a mop on the end of a stick , you cant clean windows properly with that, they were all smeary last time when the sun came out. ( ally frames with loads of blown windows and a con which hadnt seen a hoover or duster when cleaning the inside. )
2nd: next custy and only the second visit , cleaned windows and husband come out, there brilliant that water is magic never looked so good.
nowt as quere as folk

i use wfp on my house and wouldnt use anything else,  a problem is people are conditioned to think that you should clean windows with washing up liquid, up a ladder for £5,  i only use wfp now i am not going up a ladder as i had an accident 7 years ago which nearly broke my neck, and spent 18 montsh on the sick  (wasnt a wc then, and i only fell about 1 foot)

priced a job to day 10 windows 2 doors  easy access, quoted her £10, said her wc only charges her a £5 and she thought i might of been cheaper lol

please dont laugh .           been doing my neighbour 10yrs i window up 1 down .only charge him £1 last 3 cleans i did top wfp .the cheeky g.t cancelled say he didnt like wfp .  thats every 3 wks .best part about it when we had snow i cleaned his pavement free of charge . roll on next winter .

what are these custy going to do when in 10 years 99% of wc will be wfp

if i get any moaning about wfp, i just tell them that if we have an accident on ladders the house hold is responsible under the servants act 1951  (something like that its to do with people working on your property)  its amazing no pne wants to be sued,  but if we are using wfp then our own insurance covers us

So the first one had six months to phone you or write to you to tell you that she had changed her mind.  Customers sometimes cancel.  That's life.  But to wait until you arrive for a follow up clean is just not on.  Also, I notice she never contacted you to ask for some of the windows to be re-cleaned if she wasn't satisfied.
