One of my customers asked me to quote his work place the other day.

He is the manager of a Little Chef, I was passing this morning with the girlfriend so thought I would stop by to quote.

Not only did I get the job (at a good price) but also 2 olympic fryups with tea and OJ on the house.

Now thats what I call a quote

Personally, I've got a soft spot for Little Chef. Many years ago when I was a teenager, my mum and I used to drive from Wellingborough up to Southport to see my big sister. Mum hated motorways, so we were on A roads all the way. She used to navigate and punctuate the journey by the Little Chefs. We had many a cheap and filling meal there.

They're nice, airy and spacious places and very un-fussy. Should be nice to clean as well.

Not so cheap these days Wally, Thats why after looking at the prices on the menu I added 10% to my quote. (service charge) 

Your right about the breakfast though. It certainly hit the spot after a night on the Pinot grigio.
