Hi P.W
Mine got to be:
Get pole system,
Get more work in the office cleaning side.
Go for more contract work
Also specialised in PVC, conservatory cleaning
Would like to look into the carpet cleaning side but this might be later in the yr with training most important.
As I have drainage experience start a 24hr drainage side as a extra service with CCTV inspections
Would like my company to offer a multi cleaning service
And get a web site
Cheers

Wow! My goals are exactly the same - new van in January and water-fed poles as soon as I can afford them.

What size van are you going for PW?
