Just to clarify what has been written here.
We would never refuse a telephone call, we run a small business with just two staff which has demands on our time that does not allow us the luxury of sitting by a phone waiting for people to call. We are often out with our local customers assisting them from 7am to 8pm.
I think what we would have said is.... "please send us an email with your questions and we'll get to them asap". As we don't get back to the office until past 7pm most days we'll email rather than sit and phone around as it's quicker.
Apologies if this is not to everyones expectations but we don't have the manpower as yet to resolve this.
With regards to stock, we're not a dropship company. We hold everything in stock that is on our website which is why 99% of orders get delivered within 3 working days.
