Does Resin have a sell by date?

i noticed today, little bits in my water when i was rinsing the resin is about 2 years old now, and been in the di vessel for a few months, im thinking either its too old or the cold weather has damaged it? any ideas?

i was told 2 years it expires even if the bag is sealed

Just put it in your vessel, see if it works. May not last as long as fresh resin, but i wouldnt just throw it away without trying it.
