Hi ,

i normally make my own flyers and they do ok , but i want to order some double sided gloss ones, i am fed up of messing about now, printing and cutting my own...

ad its proving expensive!

i once ordered one colour , blue...with white background... they were truly awful and 1960' s looking..... and got me very very little new work...

so i would like to ask who you guys use....?... not the home made ones guys...been there done that 

cant remember now but im sure someone on here got 5000 for around £80... 300g paper double sided full gloss.

the problem i may have is, they normally want  you to upload a design in word or publisher... and i have neither... i use open office, and seriff.

anyway can you guys point me to a good printing company please

just wondered who you guys use,  i know its around £65-100 for 5000 A6 most places...

but looking for tried and trusted.

i use my local firm called FM LITHO  they do me 1000 a5 double sided cards & 400/500 business cards
4only £120 all done with in 5 workin days been usin them 4 about 7 years now, n will not change
also put alot of my m8's on 2them

Have just ordered 5000 x A6 double sided 4/4 colour 250gsm gloss art for £43.70 delivered from www.1-2-print.co.uk.
Have used in the past and found to be good.
You can upload artwork as a jpeg or pdf (I use publisher, so this is easy)

ive never ever used leaflets!i did get  1500 business cards made up the other year with name,address,phone no. and exactly all the services i offer on them.i hand them out to new custys and anyone who wants my phone number.no need for leaflets if youve got a well established full round!!

I use vista for cards... but i built a full round on leaflets, and im going to do it again.

Use cheap leaflet dot co uk they are the best and have samples.

But i have to be honest, my pro leaflets never worked as well for me as the home made ones.

In the end i stapled a nice little letter to the leaflet addresed to neighbours of existing customers, and this did work.

A guy on here said pick up one of your customer's neighbours every year and your round will double in size every year.It's called a geometric progression.

But there is a a better way still than even this, and that is to make your customers refer
you.The numbers involved are crazy so you have  to dim the lights a little at times or you'd go mad. You don't do any work, they do, and they love it and feel validated.
