Gleaming windows

Dont you just hate it when this happens

Merrily working away and a chinook helicopter breaks down and lands in your backgarden











Hydraulics had packed up.

The guys flying it reckon if they had been in Iraq or Afghanistan and they couldnt fly out they'd blow it up  :o  :o

I told them if they left it where it is overnight the wheels'd be gone in the morning  ;)



It is still there actually, on the B3400 if your local just outside Worting.

If I was there matt they would have to have blown it up.

Its my dream to have one of them beasts. They fly over Stafford daily and I stop doing anything to stop and stare. I once nearly dropped a pole on a merc because I was watching a chinook ;D

one came over Ashbourne today,really low.They do not come over there often,Wonder if it was same one? Some kids at my childrens nursery were really scared by it because it was so low

you want to try sitting in one when they drop from 3000ft to 1000ft in a few seconds you wouldnt like them then. hate the ruddy things

Hate them too!! They were the cause of wakening me out of sleep for years when I was a lad!! I could have swore they were going to the chimney off some nite!! :-\

Now that would be the ultimate vehicle for a nationwide window cleaning service !

3 men to pilot it, couple ok 1000 litres of water plus kit. You could drop a man, hose and pole and hover while he cleans. Get it sign written and the whole neighbourhood would hear you, look and see your company name.

That's what you call advertising !
