General "Black Jack" Pershing and the Muslim Terrorists in the Philippines before WW I

General Pershing was born September 13th, 1860 near Laclede, MS. he died July 15th, 1948 in Washington, DC.

Highlights of his life include:

1891 Professor of Military Science and Tactics University of Nebraska
1898 Serves in the Spanish-American War
1901 Awarded rank of Captain
1906 Promoted to rank of Brig. General
1909 Military Governor of Moro Province, Philippines
1916 Made Major General
1919 Promoted to General of the Armies
1921 Appointed Chief of Staff
1924 Retires from active duty Education West Point.

Just before World War I, there were a number of terrorist attacks on the United States forces in the Philippines by Muslim extremists. So General Pershing captured 50 terrorists, and had them tied to posts for execution. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the, now horrified, terrorists.

Muslims detest pork, because they believe pigs are filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won't even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood, etc., is to be instantly barred from Paradise (and those virgins), and doomed to hell.

The soldiers then soaked their bullets in the pigs' blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad. The soldiers then dug a big hole, dumped in the terrorist's bodies, and covered them in pig blood, entrails, etc. They let the 50th man go.

And for the next 42 years, there was not a single Muslim extremist attack anywhere in the world.

Maybe it is time for this segment of history to repeat itself, maybe in Iraq? The question is, where do we find another Black Jack Pershing?

WHY WON'T ANYONE MENTION HIS NAME....OK, I WILL.....ENOCH POWELL, there you go, it wasnt so bad was it!!

I have watched this post with great interest, and agree with most of the comments made, however i have good friends who are deeply relgious muslims and are truly mortified of the events of late >:(  They feel that these extremists are degrading their own god, allah or whatever you want to call him.
I feel really sorry for those innocent people that will be subjected to ridicule and scorned at from venomous tongue's!!
I have seen many things in my life, when i was 10 years old i witnessed a six year old girl being made to commit oral sex on a guy that was old enough to be her Great grand father :(
When i was fifteen i watched a gang of 8 idiots give someone brain damage to another 15 year old boy just because  he from a different part of the estate :(
I sat in a pub one night at the age of 23 and saw one guy permantely blind someone with a broken end of a bottle because he had asked his EX girlfriend out for a drink:(

And i once witnessed an old lady of 82 being smashed in the face, so the scumbag could get hold of her handbag to rob her of the £7.32 that  she had in it :( I know that it was £7.32 because i caught the b...stard and shoved a housebrick down his throat :) :)

So dont anyone ever judge people as a whole because a few scumags of society who took it upon themselves to become public martars!!
I condone anyone that judges a majority on a minority!!

These lunatics, because that is what they are, have not got a clue what decency is >:(

There is good and bad among us all, someone might say that the things that i have witnessed, would determine that us brits are the lowest forms of life, but we know that we are NOT!!!

This event took away one the most momentus occasions of the last 50 years. Our celebrations lasted less than 24 hours, because we are having to mourn the deaths of over 50 people  :(  but do NOT judge eveyone with the same brush >:( >:(

You are right...

In this situation, like that of the IRA bombings a few years ago it is time for all innocents, of all denominations to stand together against these cowardly bullies.

There are some who know who the perpetrators are and they should denounce them for if they don't then they are just as guilty
It will never happen I know but it is the only way...there should be no hiding place for them.

When I was a Special Constable in our training we were told about 'Judges Rules' this states that it is the responsibility of EVERY citizen to help the police wherever and in whatever opportunity they can!!

If everybody followed these rules the SCUM would soon be brought to light.

In your instances Ian, did you obey the 'Judges Rule' ??

ENOCH POWELL I said his name as well, God bless his soul.

Ian R is right, not all people of this religion are bad, and this is the terrorists aim. They want us to hate all Muslims so that ordinary Muslims rise up and fight the infidels (us) but what really gets my goat is when we allow people to speak up and condemn our country the very country that provides them with a safe home, food and shelter and money! to me any one who comes in gets 3 months benefit and then if they don't get a job and pay there way kick them out back to where they come from, I am not racist far from it but I am fiercely defensive of our wonderful country and the people who come from it. One thing I don't think these B***rds who committed these crimes understands the British mentality. our History has shown how we will not be pushed around how when things like this happens it makes us stronger and closer more determined to go about our daily life. Whilst other Nations will cower under such threats not the British. Hitler couldn’t do it and neither will some backward punker waller from wherever. It’s very pleasing to hear people with similar views, why when opinion is so strong about immigration this government will not listen. Some thing needs to change sooner rather then later. Kind regards to all Phil

John

Some of these images still haunt me today, i never talk to anyone about some of these incidents, and the only reason i mentiond it this last night was because i had a liitle to much to drink and i feel quite angry when people start to get on the  lets get rid of em synadrome

You asked if i had played judge?

I think i did when i caught the scumbag who tried to mug the old lady!!

With regard to the pervert who was sexually asaulting the young child,  i ran off and started screaming for help as soon as i saw some adults in the park!!
i felt safe then!

He was gone when they got there, and as far as i know, he was never caught >:( The child was found crying, but i think still young enough to maybe forget.
It made local news and a police hunt went out, but as i say to no avail :(

Yes, i have asked myself many times, "did i do the right thing, or i should i have started screaming for help straight away, but you forget , i was a child myself.

As i say, i have hardly ever spoke about these incidents, and as now i won't ever speak about it again on this forum!!

Lets find these scumbags and as sugested above drown them in pigs blood >:( >:(

I'm finished on the subject!!

I am sure we have all done jobs for Asians, whether Hindu or Muslim. Curious about their faith I have asked questions about it, as we see Muslims women total covered, partly covered and others dressing western. The answer is simple like followers of other faiths, people may have a reasonable or form belief, but they are not neccesarily very religeous. This equally applies to Muslims, some have the background conviction but do not practise the religion. I dont believe that Muslims or any other terrorists are religious, they just use it as an excuse and a recruiting weapon to further and act out their idealism. Those Taliban and insurgents in Iraq are running scared of being defeated and this is their way of kicking back. It is nothing to do with religion or holy war, it about them not wanting an end to their selfish domineering way of life. They have not evolved from the dark ages, nor do they want to.

this topic is becoming far to political. it should be for wishing well to those suffering, and not to post volatle statements which may cause unjust offence to the many muslims who are law abiding and as british as we are. perhaps you should reflect views in aspiritual way. and leave your ungamley sentimentins on another forum fo r that kind of view.i

I watched the 60th tributes this afternoon and had tears rolling down my cheeks as I watched the Proud Men (now old Men) who risked their lives for us all.

Anybody notice the old lad who ran across the front of the Queen Range Rover then briskly turned around stood to attention and Saluted the Queen??. God bless him and the thousands who went out and fought for us , but alas never came back.
