Hi All,

I live in Somerset and thinking of saleing my round, the round brings in about £1300 per month, I have a Suzuki Carry 1.3 van on an 04 plate complete with a DI system. 250 ltr tank, 5 poles of all sizes.

What do you think I could ask for it?
 I have heard 3 x income but not sure if that is monthly or yearly

Any help would be brill

Monthly. Seen rounds going for 5x tho recently everywhere. so Maybe 5k for the work?

Theres a website which is for buying and selling rounds so check that out and it might give you some comparison.Its something like www.windowcleaningroundforsale.co.uk

If its not that google rounds for sale and you will find it.A lot of it depends on how compact the round is etc.

I spoke to the guy the other day, He wouldnt show me the round untill i paid £7,500 in full beforehand!
also it doesnt say that its fortnightly which means its only £940 a clean.

£940 / 300 houses = £3.13 a house!!!!!!!!
