i enjoy wc, like the hours to suit, money, being my own boss, even like canverssing like all aspects of it really just find that i am getting bored doing it,   how do u deal with this, or is it a winter thing

Agreed. Nothing beats time away where you can relax and recharge the batteries.

me n my m8 r gonna help each other out doin all our work 2gerther.
that way we can get the work done a bit quicker & ave a laugh as we do it.

Think about how your business is going to progress, and make plans to achieve it.  I nearly left it too late, it's amazing how soon retirement creeps up on you and if you're relying on the Old Age Pension you can forget it - you'll have to keep grafting till you keel over.

i find getting away on holiday even if its just a short break helps!im going to paris next thurs morning so im going to take a nice relaxing 4 days off with all work up to date(roughly).then back at it again!

im really getting into my stride now!im pricing much better,upping existing work,getting better paid work and looking forward to getting a new van in july then adding wfp.its exciting times for me and my business after stagnating for quite a few years in this game.im 38 and been trad 16 years.im dumping the crap to make way for the cream!im well respected and trusted window cleaner but i think ive sold myself short before today but ive still got time to build a better business and i am!ive got the drive now since joining this forum!

i only work 3 days a week really,  think this might be half my problem, i get too much time off and with all the time off over xmas,   shoudl be ok in a week or so,  might go out and put all my flyers out see what i get
