Van trackers

Hi all

Can anyone here reccomend a good tracker system they use for multiple vans ?

if you are putting trackers in the vans, does that mean you dont trust your staff?

if there getting the days work done, then theres no problems?

is this per van ? if so do they offer a multi van system ?
