It's been replaced by a product called Extraction Plus - go on Prochem's website and click on "News" and "New products for 2010", it has some info on it.

THANKS STEVE Just been on prochems site
The Neutra- soft chem looks good
extraction cleaner, urine neutraliser, deodriser rinse agent all in one ph 4
got quiet a lot to do in a nursing home soon, this will save me having to mix things together.

Just use crystal green instead, same stuff in powder form, works out far cheaper too

Hi mark spot on thats what i got instead dilution 1 to 500 goes a long way
i always like to mix it in hot water and shake it up a bit before putting it in the tank
just to protect the pump. probaly no need but old habit i suppose.
