ordered a part of them on monday not come phoned them up on friday asked if it had been sent out said yes i ased what address they sent it to and guess what they sent it to the house next door witch is empty they said go to post office and see if i can pick it up but no joy
phoned them up sat day morning and they dont seem botherd one bit phone back monday told them can not fill tank up till part comes yes phone back monday
they know my address as they sent me somthing out a week earler is this firm going down the pan because customer service like this they will be lossing custom

i had this with window cleaning wharehouse, i ordered some parts an they never came for a week so i called them up and they sent me same parts out but i got them the next day, very very good service from them, i am just learning who to give my business to when buying parts and wcw and gardiners score very highly, i dont mind paying a bit more for something if i know its going to turn up when it should and if it doesnt then they will sort it straight away and not fob you off

i will be trying someone else as soon as i get hold of  these parts in the last couple of months they seem to have gone to pot

thats the thing with some companies, because they have a good product or cheap product they think they can treat you how they want, ask to speak to the manager and put across your grievences, that may work.
