Advise you strongly to avoid it.

Really, if you want commercial, go for SME, local enterprises.

I know i sound stupid but what are local enterprises / SME?

Certainly don't sound stupid. Stupid is not knowing and not asking. Not knowing and asking is smart in my book.

SME = Small and Medium-sized Enterprises = Your local mini markets, Spar/Londis type places, Cost Cutter, local car dealerships, medium sized hotels, locally owned care homes, that sort of business. It really means smaller, locally owned and run businesses.

SMEs make up a far larger part of the economy than big companies, plus they are less likely to screw you. They will certainly want value for money, but they won't try to put you out of business by renegotiating the prices down every few months.

Deysbrooke lane liverpool.

Its not subbying its the contract for the job. I family friend got me the details for the maintenance dept but he cant find out how much they are getting charged or how often they are cleaned

I know il get the job but if i price it right i may get more jobs pushed my way.....

be very carefull with your equipment around there mate, not the best of areas, although ive got to say there is a big new estate right next to the tesco that you may get some jobs off, im only down the road in whiston if you need any help.
