Ionics thermo hose splitting

Ive had 4 themo hoses split, and have been told they have only ever had 1 split in 3 years. Has anyone else had this problem. the hose is rated to 100c so no way the water is too hot????

it has split on days without any ice or freezing conditions

Talk to Stephen s on this site, he has Thermo pure, He might be able to help you.

Check your pressure relief valve it may need untightened a bit
