it has 3 front seats scudo,isit legal to have a 4 year old on a booster seat in the front why i look for a new car?

its a 03,i had a 98 expert about 5 years ago great van i think it was 815 kg,i presume this would be same?
Any idea if legal to have kid in front?
Also what size tank would be best? 300 to 350?

Yes your allowed kids infront on booster seat but babys in those carry things isnt allowed due too air bags.

it is allowed if you can turn the passenger airbag off and most  come with this option

You can ask I have 2 young boys in car seats and asked the insurance about this so I could pick them up if needed.

I think the passenger air bag thing is if it is a baby seat back facing  :-\.

I have a scudo and 2 experts and the seats are not at the right angle for child seats , (the 2nd size after the baby seat) the seat belt does not run through the guide at top of the seat properly and so does not snap lock ,  - def would be dodgy in a crash situation - then you got to think about the fact that you have 1/2ton of water 60cm behind you :-\ :-\
