Coresolution 0800 numbers
« on: November 22, 2009, 11:40:11 am »
Had a call from these guys today, told me for one off £150 get 1000mins p/m connected to mobile for life.

Also they said land line diverted to the mobile connected 0800 incurs no BT diversion charges as opposed to divert mobile number.

Sounds to good.....................

Anyone used this company ? also go by the name Global.

I have used them for 3 months now and all seems good. Only using the freephone number for the free diverts.

My landline bill has dropped by £25 p/m. They are pushy buggers though. I got mine for £100 plus VAT for 1000 mins a month.

There is one bloke called Scott who called relentlessly, nice enough BUT kept calling me mate, which p-+sed me off

I use a number of geographic numbers to link in with my local advertising. All my numbers are linked into my main line. during the day i divert my phone to my VR  ( virtual receptionist ) who answers my calls takes the details and sends me a text and email straight away ( human answering phone not computer voice i add) . all in all costs me about £25 quid a month.  Saves me time and hastle and never miss those calls. The statistics speak for themselves 60 % of first time custy callers do not leave a message and by a recent survey 55 % will not ring a mobile and will phone next company.

Its one thing having the right numbers but no good if you cant answer the calls.

yes thats right, a set, for your head.

never miss a call and my landline is diverted when my wife is not available to take the call.

as for coresolutions.

if they go by 2 diff names, that would ring alarm bells straight away for me, if it sounds to good to be true, then somewhere down the line you'll find out it is. and finally, if they have to ring you to get work then they can't be that good. or i could be wrong and i'm missing out.
