Yes thank you, he is going to e mail photos of the buildings, the only problem is the water supply and the pigeon guano but we can sort those. I will let you know how things proceed. I don't know commercial quotes eh ?

Im getting loads of commercial work....seems to be easier to get than domestic and so much better money
