Customer canvassing?
« on: November 02, 2009, 09:36:14 pm »
Cheque came through today with a note "please do No 145 next time you are round - she's a nurse and works nights, I've told her you will charge twelve pounds to clean her house"

Well that's another underpriced job for me then  ::)

this has happened to me a fair few times, i just tell the new customer that the price is wrong, i do however charge her the price she has been told for the firt time and then adjust after that, obviously providing it isnt to much difference
