Council Contracts

Just seen this contract today and its to big for me so for you big companies cleaning around huddersfield.

so why not put a tender in a sub some to someone else?keeps you in the loop then

If you read the article it says your turnover must be at least 2 times of the tender value. Cleaning 50 buildings in and out per a contract and theres 5 contracts. I dont think my turn over would be twice the tender amount as im a one man band.

sorry just had a thought the contract  is 36 months so its 80 000 a year for 250 buildings, done monthly?? or 2 monthly or what,,, i bet tis not worth it

if they are monthly cleans it works out at doing each building for £26 haha

not worth it,
and to do them on time you need to do 12.5 buildings a day :O

ive got several council contract for differant councils and they are all cleaned either 4 or 6 monthly
