Not long been in the business, and needed a WFP system. I opted for a trailer system with the help of Crystal Pure Systems. As i was new I had no idea of what I needed, and Craig sorted me out with a great system.
The eqipment looks great, and and after many weeks using it, has given me great results. It has certainly put my concerns to rest regarding WFP.
Craig delivered the system, a good 200 mile trip, and gave a full demo, and rigged it up to my garage.
I did call Craig a couple of times after for advice, and was always there and keen to help. Service rarely seen these days on our high street.
The system worked great except for a small problem with TDS rising very fast after only a few 400lt fills. Craig, without any question, and on his suggestion, came back up to me to put the problem right on this new system.
It turns out that somehow, wax had got into the RO which caused the water coming out the RO was hight. It killed my resin, and he replaced this too. The wax is still a mystery, but Craige gave a fantastic service.
