why dont you sell what you know best, wfp equipment shop have you thought of that, or as you mentined, get someone to run your business lease it out,
I must admit, the thought of opening a wfp shop wouldn't appeal. If i was gonna spend time in a shop, i would want a few more people walking the door than that could offer.
I would rather open a cafe, but that is hard work with fixed opening times. The thought of doing both over a long period of time doesn't appeal either.
I think cleaning windows for a handful of hours per week is one of the better options.
No stress of supervision. Will provide you fresh air and keep you active which will extend your healthy life. And will put a few quid towards leisurely pursuits.
