Customer relationship
« on: May 25, 2005, 08:49:21 pm »
Sadly broke down today, engine would turnover but would not fire up. Called local merc dealer and he ran though all what it could be rail pressure sensor/injectors asking how much they are phone went very silent, then I said Ok can it be down NOW! HE said bring it over and will test it ok my reply, then it hit me whom do I know in this neck of the woods who could tow me! With the cheek of the devil I asked Robert of Cleancare where I spent the princely sum of £4.40 plus vat if he would tow me, which he did and the merc dealer sorted out problem very quickly.

THAT’S WHAT I CALL CUSOMER SERVICE AND I’V NEVER HAD DEALINGS WITH ETHER COMPANIES BEFORE!

Problem was rail pressure sensor 2 seals £2.19 gasket 1.12 labour £48.00
