CFR tool problem
«
on:

I was happily cleaning a suite when my cfr tool popped and with it a load of water
The hose has come out of the brass connector and I cant see how just pushing it back in is going to hold? Am i missing a piece?
Any ideas would be great

As far as I know, Dave, the connection works like any other connector you have.
Maybe the female bit has stuck in the open position.
If its not "broken" open often it will stick. Needs WD40 type stuff and a lot of "massaging" to get it freely moving back and fro I reckon. (but maybe not).

You missing a piece then.
Chat with Cleansmart (or Amtech) for the piece and get Pirtek to hydraulically crimp it.

Dave it sounds to me you have blown the fitting. you will need to have it refitted by a hydraulic hose fitter who has the machinery to swade the fitting back on
