i've just picked up a large secondary school,3 external and 1 internal clean per year.round here (derbyshire dales ) you have to be on council approved window cleaning list.

I got one currently chasing more, 3 cleans in and out per year takes 2-3 days is a good little job best thing is its on my street so roll out of bed into work for a few days a year :)

Depends on the type of school. Private schools have no such requirement. In fact the lack of security at some of them surprises me. Having done loads of them I can honestly say that I have never been asked for more than proof of insurance by them certainly no one has specified CRB checks or even asked for the risk assessments or method statements. It appears that there only botherd about the price of work LOL.
