For about the last 3 months I've been having trouble with my left arm, slight numbness in my 4th and 5th finger and pain in the elbow that gets worse as the day goes on "probably a trapped or pinched nerve"  I'm not sure if its work related though.

All joking aside. Pins and needles in arms is one of the  signs of a heart attack. Just wondering when you last had a medical.  Better safe than dead. Not meaning to get you worried or anything but get it checked by a doctor.

had amedical a few month back as a result of a blood clot. I was getting serious ches tpains and went in to the hospital to get it checked and ECG was all clear along with chest and lung x rays. however blood showed signs of clotting or i had a clot and was admitted and given an injection to thin my blood and kept in overnight for scan of all my arteries etc. Everything came back clear.

i think it may jus tbe from using pole some days but it is sore when getting up in mornings and pins n needles all down left arm

Hope all is ok. A few months ago my mate who is only 38 wasn't feeling right  ended up having a slight heart attack. Luckily his wife who was a nurse told him to get to hospital and he is all ok now but was lucky. He got there in time ended up with stints or whatever they are called in his arteries. There is a history of heart problems in his family. We all take our health so much for granted.

Hope its just a bit of tennis elbow, chin up.
