I do a shop front for £20 a month, only one biggish window 2m squared? and front door, and signs and bit of cladding round window, taes 30 -40 mins is on next street to me easy saturday morning job... I started doing it with back pack on last clean took about 10 mins on high flow rate :) well pleased, it was a bit wet, couldnt do it in winter, but it was raining heavy just before i did it the other day so no one could tell difference :)
