Are they from the same seat as the first looks like Bi Cast but the second could be pigmented although the photo's not too great

Contact LTT, they'll be able to recommend a tech in your area who can look at it and suggest a course of action.

Yes, this is from the same suite, I'm no expert but its not aniline, nor the usual pigmented grained leather, it is smooth and good quality in a brown colour.
The back and base panels are separate and really long.
Thanks guys

Sure sounds like Bicast the "chipboard" of leathers. Probably need panels to be replaced by an upholsterer.

I'd have gone for a 'naked leather' with the water mark but on my screen the 1st pic shows a shine in the 'grain' a bit like a finish of bicast so I see where Robert is coming from, I'll put my card down and say it is semi aniline can't get more on the fence then that.

First "looks " like bicast and damage to the surface finish can result in fluid spill being absorbed. The second looks different, but would'nt like to venture more than a guess. The absorbed fluid on the lower photo I'd guess has been absorbed from the inside maybe down the back of a seat cushion.
I'm puzzled by apparent differences in the two items.
The stitching and sharp edges/ shiny finish make me think Bicast on one photo, while the stitching, finish and damage on the other could easily be semi analine as Shaun suggests.
Be interesting to see the outcome
