Do you get any kind of warranty with wands i no when you buy a machine it says 5 year warranty on housing like cracks in the actual machine ect the wand that came with mr Raptor has about a 3inch crack on it just behind were the jets are and is starting to crack down the side to it looks like the welding is falling apart is it worth phoning Hydramaster or do you think they will tell me to whistle the wand is 2 years old.

cant do any harm to contact hydromaster, what`s the worst they can say, Your not covered!

I would take the synicall view and suspect you are not, but nothing to loose.

If you arent take it down to your local garage and see if they can weld it for you.

Speak to John Gotts he is a very reasonable fellow and will help you out all he can, I would have thought that if you post it to them they would repair it and send it back as good will.

Good people at Hydramaster but the only person who can say what they will offer for good will is John as the office staff can't make that decission.
