Selling customers
« on: August 02, 2009, 09:55:01 am »
I'm in the process of selling some customers and wonder what is the best way to ensure agreed payment is honoured. I intend telling my customers that I'm finishing but I've got them a new cleaner. Do I just tell the new guy their addresses and let him sort things out or do I introduce him? How is payment best sorted as I could have the money and then some customers don't want him or what's to stop him having the customers addresses and then not paying me?
Anyone got any suggestions for the best way of dealing with this as I've never sold any before.
Thanks
Dick

get the money up front -    in cash .  then you can relax as you take him round   wont fret if the new customers dont like him or his style of working
