Why 50, don't think I've used that amount in 20 odd years, are yo sure you need that many?

Problem is Derek there are so many types of b/p available.

The cheapest ( I believe ) would be the Argosheen bonnets from that company, they are 100% cotton and thinner than usual  but very good in use.

They come in lots of 50 you'll have to check the price in their web site.

Very old fashioned company but the product is good I know a couple of regulars on here have used them.

best to phone them for pricing etc

Me and Mick Halliday bought some a few years ago but they last longer than others but an old fashioned bonnet with the green stripes last far far longer, the terry towel Argo ones go limp and get stuck under the drive plate.

I bought these to try out.
The blue ones are crap, they look like 2 beach towels sewn together.
The white ones are ok but poor quality and will not last very long.
They are both 2 pieces of microfibe sewn around a sponge middle.
There are better bonnets out there.

Go mine with my texatherm system years ago and most of them are still going strong.

The post is right about the cheap ones and you will find the cheap ones will start to shread bits of bonnets on the jobs as you go along which can be anoying and also means another downtime vacuuming ::)

Maybe they are best with o/p machines Argo were the originator of bonnet mopping 61 years ago and claim their bonnets outlast the others and don't cast.

I've only a couple which came when I bought one of their little machines years ago they're still servicable and dont have foam in the middle.

Agree the Tex' bonnets are good quality but feel like others are ridiculously overpriced.
