i had a new custy for her bungalow windows and clean and clear guttering, clean soffits and fascias on one side, as the other sides had been done.
so i charged her £6 for windows and £15 for one side clean of all upvc which i thought was cheap anyway but there you go.
as i was cleaning the guttering i noticed the length of guttering was pulled clear of the joint in the centre. she said it must of been the ariel man, which he must of because the corner of the guttering was pulled right out.
 so i said to her' i can fix it for you if you want'
she said  ' can you do that ' i said no problem (as i have said on leaflets)
she said  ' ok, how much extra would that cost ?'
 i said' considering im here already it will only be an extra £10 is that alright'
she said  ' is that an extra 10ner on top of the £15 for cleaning it'
i said 'yeh'
then she said ' i will leave it for now as im changing the guttering in about 1.5 to 2 years time.
i was gobsmacked just for a tenner, and saying is it on top of cleaning, nahhhhh,
how tight can people be ?

serves her right anyway, i thought i was going to do her a favour for that price.

Surely people aren't still using backpacks are they?? Why would anyone in their right mind carry their water around with them on their backs, when there is a perfectly good invention called the hose pipe??? FOOLS!!!!!!!!

Two new cars in the drive and a boat in the Marina. No one will touch that job for less than a tenner, so good luck to the tightwad old git.

I never said my round was 50ka year, I just used that figure as an example as it is a nice round number.

I'm not sure where your from, but where I live rich people live in big houses and mansions in the countryside, and my customers certainly can't be accused of being tight! or they would not pay the prices I charge!!!
