Been calling all morning but no answer, I ordered and paid monday and still not received me Pole

ALL staff will be attending a non work related convention - please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. The offices and workshops will reopen first thing Monday morning and all outstanding orders/queries will be dealt with promptly.

Also please note the following :

So your pole will arrive shortly, I've never had any problems with Gardiners in the last 2,5 years since I've done business with them, usually their products arrive the next day or two, but it's a very busy period for them with the launch of the new pole range, and also because they are shut for Friday to Sunday.

They will do everything in their power to get their products shipped as quickly as possible.

No, probably getting the poles out anyway, and sending replacement nuts when they have them in from the injection moulding company.
