Buying work

I Just been offered some work near to where I operate by a window cleaner I know its £600 per month newly canversed, cleaned twice & he wants a £1000, do you think I would be mad to turn it down or should i walk away?
The guy has been offered a job so thats why he is selling.

Ask him to take you round to all the customers,..ask them all if they happy with changing... that way you have met them all....

Then snap his hand off.!
