Hi

If you have a problem at a site, how do we report it back to the office manager? ie windows left open over night, broken window etc

your client care system,

What sort of problem did you have, what time was it, etc.

hi there

this martin bloke, who is me, is trying to offer constructive advice, i have done so in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

i decide who i reply to and who i will email with advice as well, a lot of people on this board, myself included have been around for a few years, have worked hard, and offer advice and comments when asked.

some questions, are easy and some are a bit more involved,

your question, asked how do we report a problem, the answer quite simply is communication, which in essence is a basic business practice, nothing more nothing less.

as i have said on the bottom of a lot of my posts, this is only my opinion !!

and if you would like to ask any other questions please do.

regards

martin
