Customer says this to me this morning because his water but isn't filling. I get the ladders out and when I get to the top a taxi turns up and he and his wife bugger off for five days holiday! No mention of payment  :

Next customer asks me to wash the house martins poo off his path for him - the lazy bar- stewerd.  :

a few years ago a custie asked me to clean her gutters external.... about £70 pound job ..

anyhow before i start she comes out ...pays me for windows and says ..."heres £3 extra for cleaning the gutters" ..... :

I think your posts are great!! I'm convinced that there is a highly motivated team of custies out near where you work. They are all in contact with eachother by phone and email. They get out of bed at 5 am and lay plans for your day
