Are the Victor Sprite 400's suitable for agitation, and if so, which pads are suitable for low profile carpet agitation?

Perfect machine providing the speed is around the 180 rotations a minute as there are a lot of high speed. Bonnets are the best for carpets as well as polypropolene/nylon brushes but make sure it's a soft one as they do them for hard floors.

Sebo Duo always wanted 1 till I played with 1 , waste of time imo , not heavy enough for the job your talking about.
Rotary all the way , mess with red/blue pads  . many many uses with the old rotary go for a twin speed

Try a black pad on flotex

For good training try getting on top of your lass and call her by another name and see if you can hang on about the same torque ;D

Simon - no probs :)

Colin - never used an orbiter, although would be interested to have a go on one for comparison.   I'd take a guess it would be a bit more heavy duty than a duo but not as good as a 15" roto.  Even a 15" machine can be slow going on big areas, the 19 is better but can be a bit of a beast to hang on to, like Shaun'e mrs so I hear :D (incidentally there's a variation on that known as fat girl rodeo but we'd best not go into that on here :))

Great tip for cleaning it Jim, upto now I wait till I get home run it upside side with a wire brush lightly over the brushes, much prefer the idea of your way.

Although I am more than happy with them I have to say I do mainly do domestic's where the Sebo is ideal for. I do have 2 x rotaries that I use for bigger areas/commercial.
