« on: June 24, 2009, 01:01:08 pm »
Hi Guys

Been asked by a tenant of this flat to clean the windows, Its the very top flat!! there is little space at the bottom due to being cars parked there & another flat down there, he wants a price first as it will just be a 1 off, so its the top 2 bays &  side which can be done easy and the front which is also easy as its above a shop i think there was 2 bays with 2 bits of glass in each bay

How much for this ???

I would charge absolutely nothing for such a job.  I wouldn't do it.

You lot are mad ! Dont do it ! What do you mean?
Just quote a high price and see if he wants it done, then it wont be to much hassle, Charge £40 and see if he say's yes, if he say's no then dont worry about it.

Hi Ryan
Exactly what CleanGlassuk said charge hi price and see what the customer say.
I live in Brighton and if you e mail me the photos, maybe I can help you to put a price for it., my e mail is: info@pccom.co.uk.

I had one similar situation on Monday where a lady called me and she had 5 windows on 5th floor which was situated in centre of hove next to church Road.
Where you have to stand middle of the road to clean it and have to extend the pole up to 60ft. i told her 1st we have to do it on early Sunday morning due to the traffic and because is so high and hasn’t been cleaned for past 2 years, she is looking to pay £70.00

I hope this will help.

Regards,
Bosh
