Ring a cleaner called Joe Polish in Arizona.
I've heard that he is quite good and cheap too. He has a nice little workmate called Robert

That's easy, just don't employ a carpet cleaner who say's "Yyeee Haaar!" a lot, or turns up on a motorbike with a Puzzi
