Stripping wood floors training
« on: April 26, 2005, 05:23:28 am »
Hi,

We've been asked a couple of times recently if we can strip and polish wood floors and Amtico floors.

Basically we can't, but would like to add this to our growing repertoire of skills.

Can someone tell me what is involved, what equipment, chemicals are required and where to get them from.  Also does anyone know of anywhere I can get training (ideally in the North) as I don't fancy the idea of stripping someones flooring without any prior experience and just some basic instructions for guidance.

As i have mentioned on other postings, give Prochem a call. They do hard floor treatment, cleaning and protection courses.

They have a couple of training offices dotted around.
