Domestic cleaning setup help
« on: May 18, 2009, 10:12:13 am »
Hi all,
I run a busy window cleaning round. I get loads of clients wanting to now if I know of any good domestic cleaners. This has got me thinking about moving into this area. I would find and manage the work and clean when needed. The questions I need answered are. Is it better to employ or run like an agency. Any help is most welcome. Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul,

Its down to your personel preference. Agency is a pain but so can employing people.

Why not just employ one or two if you have the work and increase from there.

Clients like to see the same cleaner on a regular basis. But residential work is also picky. They are fussy. Its not just about being good at what you do. They want more and more. They never seem content.

Best of luck with it.

Dave
