I had to work as got today and tommorow off, as family are here from ireland, but i still ended up doing 2hours this morning got called out on new job and they wanted whole buiding doing

8 till 4 for me find it sapping but just think back to the days off due to freezing

I have taken things easier this week, working in this heat is bad enough, but getting a decent nights sleep is even harder. Going to by a fan tomorrow.

Better today then yesterday - lots of iced water and went home for a shower about 2pm.

Completed all my work this week and it is one of my busiest...butI hope next week is cooler...I started to feel very slow at the end of the day....plus...I just hate to sweat that much...it's just not right.

Got heat stroke on wednesday had thursday off with it,i`ve now got a full brimmed hat to keep the sun off of the neck.

I have had an easy week this week also.
Wednesday had a splitting headache im sure its the heat that caused it so went home at 12
And not being able to sleep at night really does effect me workwise.
Still happy now as im off to greece early monday morning i won't mond the heat then as i can just pop into a bar or 3

Its strange ive been off the last 2 days and its really horrible at evening sat in the house, i cant cope with it lol, i think working in it helps the body adapt and when you stop work you feel cooler ?? Must be with me !!
