has any one got and A4 style questionaire i can leave with customers after the clean with a S.A.E so then can fill in in there own time and post back to me if they wish to.

basically a few questions about our service.
were we polite?
did we arrive on time?
 to early to think of any more.

then on the bottom a space for a reccomendation. (thats the important bit)

probably try and knock one up myself but if someones allready got one and doesn't mind passing it on to me that would be great.

3 Where did you hear about us?
4 Comments: (How may we improve our service?)
5 Names and addresses of friends/family who we may contact about our service.
