Having been left down now by a complete timewaster  who won't answer his phone to me, reply by email to me or even answer text messages having retracted his sale of his round.............which I suspect means he has sold it elsewhere??? (after shaking on it and agreeing the sale)   I am now looking for another.......(ok, I know....who isn't...lol). Any info on anymore will be appreciated.

Where in Essex are you based feildsy?
I am commuting once a week to Burnham where I am starting to build a round down there. its coming on ok a little slower than up here in Leicester but its building.
I need a sufficient round down there before moving in with my girlfriend full time.
