What sort of logo are you thinking of having...something real flash or perhaps something a little simpler?

Keeping it simple may be the best answer....and cheapest ;)

You can find loads of images within MS Word in *.wmf format which you could adapt...for the more complicated & personalised you may be best approaching a graphics house or perhaps you know some students that are into this type of thing.

Some of the most memorable logo's are very simple...look at Macky D's or Apple...

The quality of the logo will greatly depend on what your budget is? If your looking for something bespoke, one off and fitting with your business your looking at around £300-500. If you just want something simple then you can probably get something done for between  £50-100.

i just messed around and designed my own.

when i thought "yeah thats it"...it wasn't! i kept changing it, now got something i am happy with.

just mess around, search for other logos on the web, and do a little borrowing of ideas.

I got mine designed by   $10dollarsigns.com for $25. A  talented graphic artist by the name of  Jared will give you a choice of 4 different design,s and will digitally deliver your final product in all formats.Great value and highly recommended.

I sat with my mate, who is a signwriter for over 2 hours on the PC with their program just trying different shapes, fonts, ideas and pics, until I was happy with it. I ended up with a different logo altogether.
