I have a twin 4040 ro , the older of the membrane is still running fine but the newer one has slowed right down to next to nothing, it was running fine for 6 months

its like its blocked, I have tried closing the waste of totally and running it with no joy and have run pure through it from the van (100psi) for a bout 20 mins, still no go

any ideas ?

Have you tried flushing this on its own ?
Also air lock maybe, I had a problem like this on my 4040 the pipe going in was getting air in (1 drip that I could not see) that solved my problem

i disconnected the 4040 from the softner and pre filters and tested it on its own,

i will double check for leaks though, thanks
