Just flushing my system and was wondering if you have a booster pump could you have this turned on when flushing the membrane, would it damage it ? or would it do it some good ?

If you want to do a really decent flush of the system try hooking up from the van tank and flushing with pure water.
Turn your van pump to max and push about 200lts of pure water through the system. when both your waste and product water are near zero TDS you will know the jobs done.
