has anybody ever had probs with lids on di bottles water seems to be seeping out around seal.. have tried to tighten..

The riser tube is probobly not sitting in position or your missing a rubber O ring.

would that rubber o ring be able to come out with out cap being of ie thru outlet/ inlet

Yes,the two DI bottles I have do,the O ring sits within the bottle head that screws on.
